Site crashed after working with asgaros

After I set up a new forum in “Structure” the whole website doesn’t work any more (503-Error). This already happened before, after I deleted a Wordpress-Asgaros Page and we had to reinstall our backup.

Unfortunately not. I removed the plugin via ftp and re-installed it. Until now it didn’t crashed again. But I am unsure….
