Please edit your signature in your user-profile and save it again. It seems that you created a couple of months ago before those HTML-settings were available. Because of this the HTML-tags got filtered in the database.

Im using the ultra community plugin and the frontend forms works fine in the profile, but no in the forums. Editing the signature in the backend works in all places. :/ dang!
Its a nice plugin and have regular updates, but the support is very deficient 🙁

It can be possible that this plugin stores the HTML in escaped-format inside the database. Maybe you can ask the developer if there is a way to prevent this, or in other way: When HTML is allowed, dont escape it while storing it into the database.
