Show username instead of full name

Good morning,

in our installation of the forum plug-in the full first- and lastname of all people posting is shown. Is there a possibility to change this to username? I have not found the option so far.

Hello cryptomark,

the shown display name is based on the settings of the user. In the WordPress profile of a user there is a setting called “Display name publicly as”. The forum is using the name which the user has selected there so everyone has the freedom to decide which name to use.
