Setting forum as subdomain
Quote from Richard on April 22, 2019, 7:37 pmHi everyone,
Probably a really simple fix but usually when you’re creating a subdomain you make it point at a website or holder.
I simply just want the forum to remain as http://forum.feeder.rocks (example):
http://forum.feeder.rocks/forum/tallulah
Rather than:
http://feeder.rocks/forum/forum/tallulah
But I don’t know how to do this. Currently I have it set as a redirect, so it naturally just goes to /forum
Not the end of the world, but thought it would look a little nicer than “forum forum” š
Cheers.

If you want to get rid off the two forum-slugs, you can change the slug of your WordPress-page which contains the forum-shortcode to something likeĀ community.
Currently the page-slug is forced by purpose to prevent problems with other pages. Assume you have a members-area on your website (page with a slug calledĀ member). Without the forum-page slug your WordPress-installation now would not know if you want to access your members-area or the members-overview of the forum.
