save setting in general setting can not click

i will edit setting in general setting but when i will lik save setting can not click, why?

Sorry for the late reply! This sounds like an issue caused by some hidden overlay or script of another plugin. Have you tried to disable other plugins for testing purposes to find the troublemaker?
