Same forum shortcode, forums display differently

I can’t figure out why on this page the forum shows the topics right away – https://weconservepa.org/eac/join-discussion/ but on this page – https://weconservepa.org/gis/join-discussion/ – you have to click the join the discussion link to be taken to the right page to view the topics.

The forums are using the exact same shortcodes ([forum forum=id]) and the settings for both forums are the exact same.

How do I get the GIS discussion forum to go directly to the topics overview page?

Are you 100% sure the shortcodes are the same? Also take some special characters into account – like ” – and double-check that the used ID exists.
