Reports: e-mail not send, and front-end editing

Currently only the site-owner gets notified about new reports. Its a very good idea to have some option available which allows you to define different recipients for this kind of notifications. I put it on my todo-list:

I just added a new option to the development-version of the plugin. As you suggested with this option a forum-administrator can define a comma-separated list of mail-addresses which can receive administrative notifications (new reports, unapproved topics, and more).
