Reply or edit not update in browser

I have a few error for my asgaros forum at my site. When user make a reply or editing their post then click the submit, the new reply or new editable post will not update in browser. We must clear cache or restart the browser, then it will show the latest reply or editable post.
Is it related with permalink or any else?

Yes @qualmy91, its the same forum. Its so bored when what all we posting or update, its not update at the browser instantly. You must close and open back the browser and all the data will see update. Im using chrome and mozilla. Boths same result.
I have plugin for affiliate matters. But I dont think it will be the issue. I hope I can out this problems. The forum seem useless if this continuos like this.
