"Read Only" by forum?

Hey, how can I set up a “read-only” permission for the forum instead of the entire category?

You can close individual forums in Forum -> Structure. In closed forums normal users cant create topics but read existing ones.

It is still possible for them to answer in existing topics. If you want to prevent this as well, you can close a topic.
