New posts and new topics are not displayed on the forum after publication.

Update.

There is still the issue, but messages and topics appear after a while. In other words, the user leaves a new message or new topic, after that they are not visible on the forum, and the message or topic becomes visible on the forum after some time (aprx. 30 mins).

Update.

I deactivated the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, and the problem was solved.
