Problems with Logging in

Which other plugins are you using? Some WordPress extensions like JetPack replaces the built-in registration-process which can result in problems.

JetPack is definitely not a plugin which is installed in a default WordPress installation. As far as I know JetPack has an option which “replaces” the official WordPress login-section which you have to disable in your case. I guess its related to the following setting:
