Problemas al añadir un foro

Buena tarde;

lo que pasa es que al intentar añadir un foro este no lo crea es como si no agregara el nuevo foro, solo me deja añadir categorías pero nada de foros me podrian ayudar u explicar como solucionar este tema gracias

Do you use any caching-plugins? If so, please try to deactivate them for the forum-page.

Also some detailled screenshots would be helpful because I used Google Translate to understand your text. I am not really sure if I got the issue correctly. 🙂
