I suggest you to set the “Create topics for new blog posts in the following forum” option to “Dont create topics” in Forum -> Settings -> General.

Okay, I did that. Changed it in the admin section as you said. (screenshot provided). Now, when I “Publish” a post and selected a field in the “Create Topic Field,” (in this case I selected “Support”)  it created the post twice instead of three times. (It’s a start.) If I create a topic and leave the “Create Topic Field” blank, the topic is posted, and nothing is created in the forums. I looked all over the “add new post” to see if there was something that was checked or needed checking before hitting “Publish,” but I don’t see anything I could change to make a difference. — There will be times that I need to create a topic and have it also posted in my blog. At least I have it down to posting twice in the forum. If you have any other suggestions, I am open to hearing them. Thanks for your suggestion.

The settings are looking good for me. Strange why the post-publishing actions seems to get triggered twice on your website. Its possible, that some plugins are interferring somehow there, but thats hard to debug from my side. If I get other error-reports to reproduce the issue, then I will fix it.
