Please help – can't post or view forum pages

Hello all, I’m trying to set up a members’ forum on my workplace website but am struggling and would appreciate some guidance!

I’ve attached a grab of the main forum page, which has the [forum] shortcode. There is one category (General) and two forums, one with a sub-forum. I’m logged in with my manager’s admin password but I’m unable to click into any of the links on the page (e.g. Profile or Members at the top), or into any of the forum pages – I get a Page not found link.

It’s likely something basic so any help would be very welcome.
