Disable the “Forum visible to logged in users only” options in the settings and ensure in the structure-administration that all categories are accessible for “Everyone”.
If someone clicks on a category or forum on this list, they’re prompted to log in, except for one or two forums
This is not possible yet, but you can hide forums inside a category for logged-out users, when the access-settings for that category is set to “Logged-in users only”.

This is not possible yet, but you can hide forums inside a category for logged-out users, when the access-settings for that category is set to “Logged-in users only”.
