This is a general problem for all uploads in WordPress. I assume that you need some custom .htaccess-rules for your server to ensure that only logged-in users can access the wp-content\uploads-folder (or a subfolder in it). You can ask in the official WordPress support-forums because this is a general problem and not a plugin-specific problem. Maybe they can give you some hints on how to do this.
