Path for Cron jobs…

Please can you give me the path for the cron jobs… I am going to do it externally via my provider but need to the path.

I was actually looking for all of them… and I thought there was only one of them… I know nothing about them btw I just need it to give to my hoster who then puts it into their system. 🙂
