Paste Images in Forum Posts

Just thought others might be interested to know that the plugin “Clipboard Images” works right out of the box with Asgaros to allow for pasting images directly in posts by capturing the paste data and uploading it to the site’s media library. Unfortunately, as written it does not have ability to limit image size or number of pasted images and it ignores all settings, including user permissions, set elsewhere, but at least it works; maybe somebody out there with more skills than me can fork it and add a dashboard to set such things.

Are there similar plugins that would limit the sizes that you might recommend?

Is that a similar plugin or just an image optimizer? And what is it supposed to do, resize automatically?

BTW, the Wordpress hosted Clipboard Images (v0.3) seems not to work with WP 5.0.2, there is a version 1.0 which one need to install manually here: https://github.com/uptimizt/image-clipboard/tree/master/image-clipboard

That works fine, but I have a size problem (unless one pics the perfect image).
