Password protect a forum

Hello there,

how to protects the forum from any access including reading the post by a password?

Or make it visible only to registered users? The registration and login button should be visible for everyone, of course.

Please enable the following option in the settings:

Forum -> Settings -> General -> Hide forum from logged-out users
