Particular type of forum

hello everyone I need to create two different types of forums within the same wordpress site. One classic that this plugin fully supports, the other instead must allow all users to insert a complaint to which only the administrator can respond, the only one who will be able to see all the messages of this second forum. Is it possible to create this second forum?

Private forums for which the contents inside are only visible for the author and the administrators/moderators are not available yet but planned for one of the next major updates.
