Only guests can post

Hello,

My subscribers / customers cannot post a new topic to any forum, but a non-logged in guest can.

I’ve created a group, created a forum for that group, and put subscribers / customers in that group, but they still not post a new topic.

Any ideas?

Hello,

I just tested this and it is working fine. Are the “new topic/reply” buttons visible to your users? Can they open the editor? If not, please ensure in the structure administration that the corresponding forum is not closed.
