Is it possible to automatically send an email notification to all members of a forum when there is a new post in their forum?

Bro they will never do it – i asked them do it 5 years ago… no mesage no updates…
I paid money to one guy to develop new custom plugin POST APPROVE for asgaros forum – see attached. They will never do mail alert too…
They have very seriously anti-hack protection problem https://asgaros.com/support/topic/my-site-cracked-because-of-agross-forum/#postid-119986 so each site can be broken by hackers that use asgaros forum plugin . One Turkish guy break my footer and posted his telegram at my site using asgaros forum:

Hackers using the Asgaros forum plugin have the ability to compromise any website. A Turkish man broke my footer and used the Asgaros forum to post his Telegram on my website.
