Not receiving notification emails

We are using your forum on this site: https://repackagingservices.co.uk/myndmap

There are three users in a members group.

However emails are not being received when replies or posts are created. Email addresses are correct.

Can you offer some advice as to how to check and solve this issue?

I also did not get a notification of this post to you on this forum. Is that meant to happen?

Hey @steve-bragg,

Asgaros Forum is using the functions of WordPress to send E-Mails. It is a common problem of WordPress setups that emails are not received by users. This mostly happens if you didn’t setup SMTP.

Usually, you will only get a notification if you have opt-in for it.

Click on “Subscription” in the forum menu and check your preferences. If you didn’t subscribe to all new posts you will have to subscribe to every topic manually. Before submitting your message there is the checkbox with “Subscribe to this topic”.
