No edit buttons?

Please help me activate or restore the edit buttons. I don’t know why they are missing.

Test account login details:

Login: test@gmail.com
Password: test

PS:
I have disabled all plugins – it doesn’t work.
I turned on other themes – it doesn’t work.
I turned off all the plugins and turned on other themes – it doesn’t work.

I installed the forum again. Also there are no these buttons. New wordpress and forum installation. No buttons.

About which edit-buttons are you talking? As you can see in this forum, there is only one row of buttons by default.

Are you using an editor-plugin which adds those new buttons? I am not aware that those buttons are available by default.
