New Topics not visible

We have a sub-forum called “Off-Topic”.
A user entered that sub-forum and started a new topic.

But, if you are at the forums starting page, the sub-forum still shows “0 topics” and “0 posts”.
With click on “Off-Topic” and entering the sub-forum, the topic is there and clickable.

Please ensure that you are not using caching-plugins for the page which contains your forum-shortcode.
