First of all I would like to apologize if I do not speak English very well …
I would like to know if it is possible to delete the menu present on the forum so that I can add it at the top on my theme.

If you add the following css-code to Forum -> Appearance -> Custom CSS you can hide the menu:

#af-wrapper #forum-header {
    display: none;
}
