Moderate new members

Is there a way to approve new members? We are a local club and I’m getting registrants from well outside our area.

Hello,

the registration-logic is completely managed by WordPress so it is nothing I can or want to integrate into the core of the forum system. I bet that there are a lot of plugins available which you can use to manage your registrations, for example:
