Message editing tools?

I would like to know how I can add message editing tools to my forum, like the ones on this forum with the toolbar toggle, & code insert etc?

Please disable the “Use minimalistic editor” checkbox in Forum -> Settings -> General.

Hello @ourchands

If you cant see the editor, some other plugin is causing a JavaScript which prevents loading the editor. Please try to disable other plugins one by one for testing purposes to find the troublemaker (especially optimizing-plugins).
