Otherwise, it can not be mentored in Japanese.

Both displayname and nickname dont guarantee unique-ness, which means that two users can share the same displayname. In this case is it not possible to decide which user should get mentioned.
Have you tried to remove the comma after the slug? In your example “@1 your text” instead of “@1, your text”?

Commas are not deleted. Slug is a member number of the community.
Since numbers are randomly attached, it is impossible to distinguish who it is by itself.
I am glad if I could display a nickname with a number.

In your post-example you have a comma directly after the slug: 1,
This means the forum searches for an user with the slug “1,” and of course cant find one. Please dont put a comma directly after the slug so it searches for “1” instead.
Currently its not possible for me to change this slug to another one. It is the slug which is also used by WordPress internally to ensure that an username can distinguished. Certain characters are not supported thats why WordPress changes it to a number.
When I use a display-name with a random-number instead I have to assign this “new” slug permanently. If an user change his displayname one day, this slug cannot get changed as well because otherwise all existing references in posts will not work anymore. As you see this brings new problems.
