Member activity stats – click thru to a relevant list

Is it possible for us to code (or has sone else already done it and, in that case, can they share it) “Topics Started” to click thru to a list of the Topics that user has started?
So, I go look at a user’s Profile, see they’ve started 50 Topics, I click “Topics Started” and go to a page that lists those 50 Topics.
