Login / Register Yellow Box

1) What is the code to show the yellow box (when logged out, to login or register) at bottom of thread page?

It currently defaults to the top only.

2) if logged in, can the “reply” entry form be automatically shown. It currently defaults to hidden until “reply” button is clicked.

I follow this discussion. It would be great to have the login/register box at the bottom of the page, under the forums. More UX friendly.
