Logged out after clicking a topic
Quote from Nextwave on November 9, 2023, 6:55 pmI’ve had a couple users log an odd complaint.
They’re able to log in and read most topics, but one particular topic (it’s been different for the two users) gets them logged out when they click it.
There are no attachments or anything otherwise special about these topics.
It’s happening for them on multiple devices (phone and PC).
I can’t replicate it myself (so I can’t check to see if it happens after disabling any particular plugin), so I’m not sure how to troubleshoot it, but I was wondering if this is something that’s been seen before and how I might go about fixing it.

Quote from Nextwave on November 14, 2023, 7:40 pmTurns out to have been a caching issue, but it was happening on multiple devices. The person at the cell phone company the person I was trying to help talked to said it was an issue with how the forum software caches, but since nobody else was having that trouble, I’m a little skeptical. Thought I’d pass it along anyway in case it’s something that should be looked into regardless (or in case anyone else runs into this issue).
