Link to ProfileGrid Profiles

In our particular case the plugin “ProfileGrid” gives us the functionally we need for our site. I saw how to link to Ultimate Member Profiles in another topic.

Could you advise on doing the same for ProfileGrid. Their format is: https://rv-friends.org/my-profile/?uid=3

Hi @tark-henderson,

You can customize the profile URL using our plugin “Toolbox for Asgaros Forum” which you can download and install directly from WordPress.

After installing and activating the plugin, go to the plugin settings page and activate the Custom URL Manager. Now you will have a new subpage “Custom URL”. To customize the profile URL, simply enter the following in the “Profile URL” field /my-profile/?uid=(–user-id–)

Thank you for the info. Greatly appreciated.

I had run across your plugin and thought it would help, but was Very hesitant to install it since it has not been updated for 3 years, is not listed as compatible to the current 6.5.2 version, and also says Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.

Update, I installed the plugin and followed your directions and the documentation… works great.

Yes, the plugin wasn’t updated to the WordPress directory, but it was still tested. And we also gave support to users who had problems. We are also working on a new update with an improved user interface and we are also planning to add additional features as a premium version.
I also just updated the description of the plugin to show that it has been tested with the latest version and updated the links and icons to the new design.
