Limit and not block access to topics

There is some way to limit access to topics, but not to block them.

I want visitors to my website to see the titles of the premium topics in the forum, but they can’t access the content unless I give them permission.

Such a functionality is currently only available for guests. For them you can enable the “Hide posts from logged-out users” in Forum -> Settings -> General.
