Is there a way to get a list of the last forums or topics and a list of the last topics where user has been participating ?

The plugin is great, but I wonder if is possible do that? is there a function ?

Aren’t these the ones you want? You can find them under appearence -> widgets

Via here, you can put them in your sidebar.

I guess you are looking for some kind of post-history. This is currently on my todo-list and I hope that I can find some time to add it in one of the future updates.
