Is there a user-based plug-in that is suitable to Asgaros?

My question may seem completely noobie, and that’s because I am a complete noob.

I basically want to create a user-based system on my website, and obviously I want to be able to integrate that within my forums (I’m currently deciding to use Asgaros). Is there a default user-based system in WP that isn’t a plug-in at all and I don’t know anything about it, or is there any recommended plug-ins that I should use for my goal?

Any help would be much appreciated, and if you need me to explain a little more please let me know.

what exactly do you mean with “user-based system”? Asgaros Forum is using the official user-management of WordPress.

Does that mean people will need to sign into WordPress to make a comment? By user-based system I mean I want to have the ability for visitors to create their own account, and then use that account for the forums etc.

You can also enable guest-postings in the forum-settings if guests should be able to create new content. If users should be able to create an own account, you have to enable account-registration on your website.
