Is it possible to add SEO friendly permalink?

First of all thanks for this awesome plugin. <3 Recently I installed your plugin in http://forum.lkpedia.com/ And everything working fine. 🙂 But It will be awesome if the permalinks are SEO friendly. Thanks in advance.
