How Disable Caching ONLY Forum Page

How can I disable caching for only forum page (Asgaros Forum) in my site?

Can someone give me an explanation or step by step, whatever plugin cache have you used.

Because, I’m deactivate plugin cache for my site and I really didn’t know how to set up disable specific caching only forum page.

Usually caching-plugins provide an option where you can exclude certain WordPress-pages. I suggest you to contact the support of the caching-plugin which you are using to get more information about it.
