Having Issues Creating Account

Hi all,

My website is here: https://globalgravityracing.com/

The homepage is password protected as it’s not finished – password is “gravity”.

I have one person helping me test and they have created an account and I can see it in the backend, but they cannot login.

Could someone try create a test account for me to see if you have the same issue?

Hello @jimcroisdale

It seems that your login-page is redirecting to WordPress.com. Not sure why. Maybe you use JetPack or some different kind of WordPress extension which is responsible for this behavior. Try to disable or change the configuration of them, maybe it will work fine after it.

Yes, it was jetpack. once click – all working now! 🙂
