Forumusergroup Problem

Hello Thomas, unfortunately a registered user cannot see the full forum despite the right group.

I divided it into a public and restrictive area with different groups, 
unfortunately one group does not work properly, 
so I first assigned the user to another so that he gets access.

Is it up to the user or the group itself?

Can you give a few more details about your structure-setup and the exact steps you have applied to your user so I can try to reproduce this issue?
