Forum statistics include posts from Moderator Only categories

When you create Categories that are only for moderators, the posts in such categories are included in the statistics for the forum that is only visible to the users.

Is that by design?

I would prefer that posts in those categories would not be included in the statistics that are visible to users.

Yes, currently all content is included in the statistics.
