Forum Shows For Admin Only

The Forum can be viewed and can make post! Structure with Category and Forums are complete. working fine.

BUT only when the Admin is logged-in

For anyone else, users logged-in or guest

Only thing can be seen “There are no categories yet!”

I have checked all setting and looks to be correct

Hello @byer

Please check the access-settings for your categories in Forum -> Structure. Maybe you limited the access to a certain usergroup or to moderators.

looks like it is set correctly..

one thing, maybe..

I had Asgaros Forum installed for about 12 months working fine. had a problem with a plugin slowing website, deactivate all plugins till found the problem. I accidentally Deleted Asgaros Forum on Activating. I tried a competitor forum, setup fine but didn’t like it, i deleted that plugin and reinstalled and activated Asgaros Forum. had to rename page with shortcode and all was fine till i found this problem.

maybe it has something to do with this!?, maybe something with database i do not know… should have left things alone when it was working just fine!

Hello @byer

Can you post a screenshot of your current structure (forums & categories)?

Also ensure that you have caching-plugins disabled for the page which contains the forum-shortcode because such plugins often cause issues.

Found it, after you keep asking about structure, i went back and keep looking..

found in Edit Category > Usergroups > Custom Usergroups was checked,

I unchecked it and the forum became visible for all!..
