I’m having an issue when posting new forum posts, they aren’t showing up for a long time.

I thought it might be a browser cache issue but it doesn’t appear to be, after refreshing a bunch of times posts still arent there.

If I leave the site and come back 10 minutes later they will be there.

If the posts appear after ten minutes it is definitely caused by some caching-system. Please check if you use any caching-plugins in WordPress. It can also be possible that some caching-mechanisms are configured on your server – in this case you should ask your webhosting-provider on how to deactivate them.
