Forum not visible to Visitors

I have a Category designated for visitors and originally created a FAq Forum inside of that. Visitors can see that, But…

I created a second forum in the same Category called New Questions and visitors that aren’t logged in can’t see that new forum.

Any suggestions on what might be going on?

Are you using any caching-extensions or mechanisms on your server? If the parent category is accessible for Everyone, all forums inside should be accessible for guests as well.
