Forum not scrolling all the way down to submit

So all users and I are not able to scroll down to the submit button when making a post on our forum (forum.pokerbot.com)

If we maximize the window then resize it back, then it allows us to.

how to fix this?

Asgaros Forum does not has any included logic which modifies the scrolling-behavior. I checked your site and saw that tons of javascript-errors are thrown (see picture below). I highly assume that this issue is caused by another extension. Please try to disable other plugins one by one to find the troublemaker. Especially some optimization and script-minifier plugins often cause troubles like this.
