Forum not always updated upon entering
Quote from joel1991 on April 17, 2020, 8:18 pmHi,
I’m noticing that sometimes when I go to the forum page upon entering my site, it does not reflect the current state of the forums. Showing 0 topics and posts, along with when I click the login or register button it does not redirect to the custom URL’s for such, but to the default wp login and registration. I thought this may have been an issue with me using a caching plugin, but I have exluded the forums from being cached and also deactivated them and tested and still experiencing the same issue.
test – If I open IE and clear my browser cache etc, go to my forums, it will show the up to date version and load the correct custom login URL. But if I click back after getting to the custom login URL it will display an empty forum (0 posts/topics) and then I click register or login again and it will go back to the normal wp login/reg page.
Thanks Asgaros for a great simple forum plugin otherwise!

If its working well after clearing the browser-cache, then it is definitely caused by some kind of caching. Maybe there are some caching-rules applied on your server or from your webhosters configuration.
