Forum name in email notification

Is there a way to include the name of the forum in the new topic notifications that go out to my users?

Do you mean the name of the sub-forum in which the new topic is located in or do you mean the general name of your forum (e.g. My WordPress Community)?

Hi,

I want to be sure to get my terminology correct…

There are Categories (i.e., “General discussion, Image processing, Q&A”). Within the category there are Forums (i.e. “DSW Announcements”).

What I’d like is for notifications of a new posting to include the Category name.

I see. This needs a couple of adjustments. I will try to add a configuration-possibility in one of the future updates which allows you to modify the notification-content.
