Forum crashed after update to 1.10.1

Hello

After forum updates to 1.10.1 each topic opens with error:

I’ve replaced forum_permissions.php with back-uped 1.9.5 as temporary solution, and it works

I guess this is caused by some custom-code which you have put into your themes functions.php file. Can you please show it to me because it may require some modifications.
