Forum color problem

Hi, thanks for the wonderful plugin.
My problem is this: I tried to set the “Forum color” in “Forum / appearance” and then I couldn’t change it anymore. I had put “yellow” to try and now it no longer replaces me with any other color … I also emptied the cache, but nothing to do. I uninstalled and removed, then reinstalled the plugin and set the default colors, but as soon as I choose a new color, in “Forum color” – “Forum / appearance” … the initial yellow returns.
Solutions?

Which browser are you using? Are you using the color-picker to set a new color?

Hi, I’m back now, thanks for your assistance.

I use the Chrome browser. the color of the Forum has frozen on yellow and the reset does not work either. For example, now I have used the selector, I have chosen the green, I have saved, I have emptied the cache and the Forum has remained yellow, I just can’t imagine what the cause could be. Right now I thought maybe the Browser cache could be influential? I try to open the Wordpress Control Panel from the Opera Browser and empty the Browser Cache.

Ok. It would seem that emptying the Cache of the Browser, “the whole Cache”, miraculously appears the selected color, so I should have solved, but the fact remains that the question is cumbersome and should not happen. I don’t think it is acceptable to be forced to empty all the Browser cache, with its disconnection from the Wordpress Control Panel, to see the color of the chosen Forum appear. Do I have to work like this?

Usually this should not happen at all because normally the data comes directly from the database. However, in some cases it can be possible that a browser aggressively caches certain data – especially in combination with certain WordPress caching/optimization extensions. Thanks again for your support. I set the blessed color of the Forum, but I will return to it and I will make new experiments. Thanks to your help, I have now identified the problem and have clearer ideas. If I have more information on this, I will certainly update you.

Hello.

I have the same problem. I’m changing the colors in the “look” menu, but the colors don’t change in the forum. I cleared the browser cache and it didn’t help.
Tested on Chrome, Vivaldi and Firefox.
Please help me.

The colors are looking fine for me. Are you sure that you have cleared the browser-cache? Also ensure that you are not using caching-plugins in WordPress for the page which contains the forum-shortcode.
