Hi, just wondering if I need to set something to allow any files uploaded into a post, to be included in the email notification that goes out to members who are subscribed to the topic?

At the moment, after the post is approved, the email goes out to those who have subscribed to the post, but the file that was uploaded into the post is not attached.

You are right: Currently uploaded files are not included in the notification-mails.

I added this to my todo-list and hope that I can inlcude it in one of the next updates:

I just added the relevant code for your request to the development-version of the plugin. Uploaded files will be included inside of mail-notifications with the upcoming v1.14.10 update which I plan to release at the end of the coming week.
